The Basics
1. Send us your artwork in a digital format all prepped and ready to go (.ai or .eps Adobe CS3 or earlier) via our File Upload page (registration required).
2. Send us your art work in any format you like and we can artwork it for you for a charge. (Although we can accept artwork in most formats, electronic artwork is the best method to ensure speedy and accurate production).
If you have any questions at all about artworking please contact us.
Detailed Information on Artwork Formats
To ensure speedy turnaround, we prefer to have your artwork in electronic format. Rule 26 uses the latest technology in Apple and PC systems.
- The best format is either as an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file (Adobe CS3 or earlier), or an Encapsulated Postscript (.eps) file.
- Convert all type to curves, paths or outlines (vector art). If this is not possible, send in all fonts used for the job to be produced.
- For multi-color orders, if possible please provide either Pantone colors and indicate exact PMS numbers. Alternatively, please provide the exact CMYK split. Pantone colours can only ever be simulated when printed in CMYK. If you have used Pantone colours in your artwork, please make it clear if you would like the accuracy of these checked.
- If you can only send your artwork as rasterised jpeg (.jpg) files, then please ensure that the files are at least 300 dpi and sent the actual size you would like them to appear.
